Return Policy

Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items:

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we will cover the expense.

Reporting Issues:

If you notice any issues with your order, please submit a problem report.

Return Address:

By default, the return address is set to the printing facility. When a return shipment is received, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you do not use the printing facility as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Unclaimed Shipments:

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).

Returns by Customer:

We advise your customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, including  size exchanges, are at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your customers, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

Customers in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will be evaluated, and if the product has been used or partially destroyed, a refund will not be possible.

EU Consumers Notification:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.


Therefore, Zennynja reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
