Delivery

Orders typically take 3–7 days to fulfill before being shipped out. Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

We partner with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities around the globe to ensure efficient delivery.

International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not within our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Before contacting us, please try the following steps:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  • Inquire at your local post office.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.


If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbor, please
contact us with your order number. If there was a mistake in the delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Orders

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number (Order ID) via email once your order ships. Use the number in our tracking site. For any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.

We apologize if you received a wrong or damaged product. To resolve this quickly, please contact us here within one week of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will respond as soon as possible with a resolution.

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Check out our Return Policy site for more information.

Refunds are only available for wrong or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we will resolve the issue for you.

We currently do not offer exchanges. To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to the sizing charts available for each item on our store.

If you believe an item was mislabeled,
contact us within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.
